Call and describe it
Tell us the year, make and model, where the car is parked, and what it's doing — clicking, cranking but not catching, grinding when you brake. That's usually enough to load the right parts before we leave.

We come to the car
Driveway, garage, street, parking lot, job site, or the shoulder. We'll text you an ETA and the mechanic's name. Most Bronx calls are on site within about 45 minutes; overnight it's often faster.

Diagnose, quote, fix
You get the diagnosis and a price before any work starts. Nothing gets replaced without your yes. If it turns out the job needs a lift, we say so and you don't pay for the visit.

Our truck runs out of 712 West 165th Street, a block off the Grand Concourse in the Highbridge–Concourse stretch of the Bronx. That puts us minutes from Yankee Stadium, the Cross Bronx, the Major Deegan and the Harlem River crossings — which is why Bronx calls get answered fastest.
We also cover Upper Manhattan, Washington Heights, Inwood, Harlem, Queens, and down into Yonkers and Mount Vernon. If you're further out — Long Island, northern Westchester, Jersey — call anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether the drive is worth it for the job.

Overnight calls between 11pm and 5am are welcome — that's when a lot of our no-start and lockout work happens.
What to expect on price
You get a quote before work begins, and the visit fee is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it. We take cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major cards on the truck. Parts are billed at cost plus a standard markup and the old parts stay with you unless you'd rather we take them. No diagnostic charge if we can't find the fault.
